Old Fashioned Weight Loss


I have been trying to diet for the last 9 years.  Trying this diet and that one with out any success.  I have tried the diet drinks, pills, and diets with out any success.

One day I was sitting and thinking about what to do next.  I figured I would stop spending my hard eared money on these diet things and do it the old fashioned way.  Watch what I eat, exercise, and no after dinner snacks. 

Well I did that for about a week and noticed I was starting to feel better.  I got on the scale and noticed I lost 6 pounds. I thought to myself wow its working

For the next 2 weeks i added walking to my exercise routine.  Lord and behold at the end of two weeks I had lost a total of 20 pounds. 

Well to make a long story short at present time I have lost a total of 50 pounds and need to lose another 10 before I make my goal.  Go figure the easy way usually always works.
